Country Hills Kennel certifies that the puppy you purchase is in sound health at the time of sale to the best of our knowledge, and has been given all vaccinations and dewormer stated on the vaccination record provided to the buyer(s). We do our best to provide the new owner with a healthy puppy but do not guarantee size, color or temperament. Coccidiosis, giardia, kennel cough, parasites, or any other bacterial infections can be picked up overnight, and are not covered. These are easily treated and do not warrant a return. The Buyer will be responsible for further vaccination boosters and dewormings. If this puppy becomes sick or has a genetic defect (that is not normal for the breed), the following stipulations must be adhered to in order for a replacement to be made. Official report from a licensed vet stating, without a doubt, that the puppy has a genetic defect that would hinder the pup, must be sent to Country Hills Kennel, along with the phone number and address of the vet’s office. If the puppy should die, an neocropsy must be done by a licensed vet stating the cause of death. The documentation must be forwarded to Country Hills Kennel before a determination will be made. We reserve the right to confirm the diagnosis with a vet of choice.

Country Hills Kennel will not be responsible for any expenses you may incur, including return shipping and vet expenses. Your puppy will be up to date on dewormings and should be dewormed regularly as recommended by your vet. Hernias, umbilical or inguinal, are occasionally present in puppies. If there is any present on your puppy, we will make it known to you. Most will be outgrown. If not they can easily be repaired at time of spaying/neutering. Spaying/neutering is highly recommended if you are not planning on breeding.

The Buyer shall keep the dog as a household pet.

The Buyer shall provide the dog with adequate food, fresh water, shelter, affection, and medical care upon sickness, disease, or injury. Maintenance should include an annual health exam and routine vaccinations as recommended by a board-certified veterinarian. Humane care and maintenance in accordance with all current and future state, county, and municipal laws and ordinances where the Buyer resides. A fully fenced yard or other humane means of exercise. The dog shall not be kept chained or constantly outdoors. Never permit the dog to roam unattended.

The dog shall reside with the Buyer.
The Buyer shall notify Country Hills Kennel immediately if the dog cannot be kept by the Buyer.
The dog shall not be sold, transferred, or given to any individual or to any retail or wholesale establishment for the purpose of sale or resale to the public or to any research institution where medical experimentation or other practices take place.
The Buyer agrees that it is their responsibility to accept the dog as described. Country Hills Kennel has provided and the Buyer has acknowledged a full disclosure of the health, habits, and temperament of the dog. The dog’s health records, from East Holmes Vet Clinic, will be supplied at time of purchase.

We have raised this puppy from sound parents and it is your responsibility to take good care of him/her to ensure a long and healthy life. You play an important role in helping your puppy grow into a healthy adult.

If you are not able to keep this puppy in the future and wish to return it to Country Hills Kennel, you may do so along with all the paperwork provided at the time of purchase. All papers must be signed over to Betty Hershberger. You will NOT receive a refund for this puppy.

French Bulldogs:This breed is known to have a few more health/cosmetic issues than most breeds. They are more prone to skin problems and also need special care in hot weather. Please do your research on them so you can give them the best life possible.

In order for this guarantee to be valid, you must have your puppy checked by your vet within 3 days of purchase. This warranty applies ONLY to the original Buyer.

I, Betty Hershberger, do hereby agree to offer a 3 day health and 1 year old genetic warranty on this puppy as stated in the conditions above.
