My road to getting Healthy for life!!

In the past I have not had a healthy lifestyle. Always short on breath and not able to properly care for my 5 children without taking many breaks. Usually gaining 40-50 lbs with each pregnancy and not feeling good in general. In the community where I was raised we ate the most inexpensive foods we could to “save” on groceries. It takes a lot to feed a family. I want to give God the credit for leading me to the “Trim Healthy Mama” lifestyle. I have never felt so good. I can work a full day and hardly take a break. My attitude towards life has improved as well. My mind is clearer and I feel really good. Thanks to Serene and Pearl for publishing a book that explains how to eat healthy and still enjoy ALL the food groups. I am mostly Sugar and Gluten FREE. It took me a while to figure out how to cook our meals so the whole family is happy. It can be done. Our family is now well aware of the affects of sugar in your body and most of them willing refrain from it for the most part. We still consume it when we are with friends and family but not near as much as before. It’s a lifestyle not a diet. Many people have lost lots of weight with this plan as well. You should read the book to best understand how your body functions and how to loose weight and keep it off.
